- - 4 eggs;
- - 2 bananas, 2 lemons;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of brown sugar;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of starch, sugar, butter;
- - salt, baking powder, strawberries.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat two eggs with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar, add milk and water. Add a glass of flour and 2 tablespoons of starch, whisk. Pour in 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix - the pancake dough is ready.
Step 2
For the first pancake, add a couple of drops of oil to the skillet. Pour in the first portion of the dough. Fry each pancake until lightly browned on both sides.
Step 3
Peel the zest from the lemons. Cut each lemon in half, squeeze out the juice, add half a glass of water to the juice.
Step 4
Beat the 2 remaining eggs into a bowl, pour in the lemon juice and water, whisk. Add sugar to taste - it is better to use brown sugar for the Kurd. Bring the mixture over low heat until thickened. The mass should resemble custard. Add 50 g of butter, stir, remove from the stove, cool the cream-Kurd.
Step 5
Peel the bananas, cut into circles, put them on the pancakes, fold each pancake into a triangle. Drizzle with lemon curd, garnish with fresh strawberries. Tropical pancakes with fruit and lemon curd ready to serve.
