Instructions

Step 1

Rinse all fruits. Peel the apples, core them, cut into cubes or strips. Remove the seeds from the thorny plum. Remove the zest from the lemon.

Step 2

Put the apples and plums in one saucepan (for the microwave), cover with sugar (set aside 3 tablespoons), stir and cook in the microwave for 20 minutes at full power. During this time, open 3 times and stir the mass. When it thickens, turn down the power and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Also open and stir.

Step 3

When the mass on the spoon sets, add the lemon zest, reduce the microwave to a minimum and cook for another 15 minutes, do not forget to stir, otherwise the mass will burn. Then take a plastic container or a deep glass container, cover with cling film so that the ends hang out of the mold, and lay out the fruit mass, smooth the surface with a spoon. So leave it at room temperature for a day.

Step 4

Take out the marshmallow, sprinkle with sugar, carefully remove from the mold, place on a flat surface and sprinkle with sugar on the other side. Leave it on for 6 hours. And then cut into strips or squares. This fruit dessert can be consumed with tea.
