Step 1

Grease a baking dish with butter. Separate the whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Beat the whites with a mixer until a thick foam forms. Then gently mix the yolks with the whites, add flour. Pour the resulting dough into a mold. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cool the finished biscuit, cut into small cubes. Pour cognac or rum over the biscuit pieces. leave for 30 minutes. Then place them in the bowls.
