Fruit salad with wine and mint will be a great summer dessert. The salad is very simple and quick to prepare. Guests and family will be delighted. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.
It is necessary
- - kiwi - 2 pcs.;
- - carambola - 1 piece;
- - melon pulp - 200 g;
- - white grapes - 25 pcs.;
- - apple (sweet) - 1 pc.;
- - lime - 1 pc.;
- - honey - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - dessert white wine - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - mint leaves - 5-6 leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Fruit preparation. Rinse all fruits well with water. Peel off a thin layer of zest from the lime. Squeeze the juice out of the pulp. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices. Peel the apple and remove the seeds. Cut the apple pulp into cubes, immediately pour over the lemon juice. Cut the melon into cubes. Cut each grape lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Carefully cut the carambola with a sharp knife with asterisks.
Step 3
Dressing preparation. Finely chop the mint leaves. Combine lime juice (4 tablespoons) with wine, honey, lime zest and chopped mint. Mix well. The filling is ready.
Step 4
Combine all prepared fruits (kiwi, apple, melon, grapes) except carambola. Stir the salad gently, pour over the dressing and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Before serving, place the fruit salad in the bowls, garnish with carambola stars, lime wedges and kiwi slices. The dish is ready!
