A salad with mango and chicken liver turns out to be low in calories. In half an hour you will prepare a delicious salad with an original mustard and honey dressing. With this dressing, any salad becomes more flavorful!
It is necessary
- - 350 g mango;
- - 250 g of chicken liver;
- - 80 g of a mixture of lettuce leaves;
- - 7 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of Dijon mustard;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of honey;
- - mustard, salt, ground pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel fresh mango from skin, cut out a pit, cut the pulp into small cubes. Place a handful of lettuce leaves on plates, top with mango cubes.
Step 2
Prepare a dressing. Whisk the Dijon mustard in a small bowl with a fork, pouring in the olive oil. Add honey, regular mustard. Stir. The salad dressing is ready.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a small frying pan, fry the chicken liver pieces until a crust appears. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
Put the finished pieces of liver on plates, pour the mustard-honey dressing on top (708 tablespoons of sauce per serving).
Step 5
