4 lettuce leaves, 1 fresh cucumber, 2 ripe mangoes, 200 grams of peeled shrimp, parsley leaves, juice of one lemon, 100 ml of water, 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt

Step 1
Peel the mango fruit. Cut one mango into strips, the other into cubes.
Step 2
Tear lettuce leaves into small pieces. Boil the shrimp and cut in half. Cut the cucumber into half rings or strips. Chop the parsley.
Step 3
Combine cucumber, lettuce, shrimp and mango, cut into strips. Sprinkle parsley on top.
Step 4
Mix olive oil with water and pour into a frying pan. Place the diced mango in a skillet and simmer under a closed lid until softened.
Step 5
Grind the stewed mango with a blender, add lemon juice. After the sauce has cooled, pour over the salad.
