Step 1
Tear off the dandelion leaves from the stems and cover them with salt water for 30 minutes to get rid of the bitterness. Then drain the water and squeeze the leaves. Chop them finely and transfer to a bowl. You can sprinkle with lemon juice, which also neutralizes the bitterness characteristic of dandelions.

Chop up any greens you have on hand: parsley, dill, green onions, watercress, baby garlic feathers, and lettuce. Then chop up the radish and cucumber. Combine all the ingredients in one bowl, salt and pepper to taste, stir.
