You cannot imagine a modern table without potatoes. It is so densely entered in the most diverse form in our diet that it is reasonably considered the second bread. From this tuber, for example, you can make potato spring rolls.
It is necessary

- pepper and salt;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- wheat flour - 80 g;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- onions - 2 pcs;
- mushrooms - 400 g;
- potatoes - 1 kg.

Step 1
To make potato pancakes, first finely chop the onion, garlic, herbs and mushrooms. Then grate the cheese. Making pancakes will not take much of your time.

Let's work on the filling. Fry the onions and mushrooms in a pan, adding vegetable oil. Next, add herbs and sour cream. Season with pepper and salt, then stir well. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Add flour, garlic and eggs. Season with salt and stir well. Thus, we almost managed to make the base.
Step 4
Shape the potato dough into a thin pancake in a skillet. Fry it on each side, adding a little vegetable oil. We continue to make potato pancakes.
Step 5
It's time to shape the spring rolls. Put a little fried vegetable mass on each tortilla, add cheese and roll the product into a roll.

You managed to make wonderful potato spring rolls, you can serve them hot together, for example, with mushroom sauce.
