It is necessary

  • For 16 rolls:
  • - 1 avocado;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. roasted peanuts;
  • - 4 tablespoons basilica;
  • - 4 tablespoons ketchup;
  • - 6 tablespoons chopped cilantro;
  • - 2 tbsp. red miso paste;
  • - 32 large boiled shrimps;
  • - 1 tsp sesame oil;
  • - 1 tsp lemon juice;
  • - 1 small carrot;
  • - 16 mint leaves;
  • - 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • - 120 g of rice noodles;
  • - 16 spring roll pancakes;
  • - 8 sheets of lettuce;
  • - 2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 0.5 sweet pepper;
  • - 4 tsp Sriracha sauce;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil water in a large saucepan. Place rice noodles in it and cook according to package directions until cooked (usually about 5 minutes). Drain and set aside the noodles for a while.

Step 2

Boil the shrimps in slightly salted water and peel them off.

Step 3

Peel the carrots into thin cubes. Wash the red bell peppers and cut into strips. Wash the avocado, cut into 2 parts, remove the pit, peel and cut in the same way as the pepper.

Step 4

Pour warm water into a saucepan. Next, on the work surface, place a roll-up towel.

Step 5

Dip each rice pancake in water for a second and lay on a towel. Place 2 peeled shrimps in the center of each, and place some rice noodles on top of them. Top with herbs and vegetables.

Step 6

You can combine the ingredients however you like, but keep in mind that there should be 5cm of dough left around the edges of the pancake! Fold over the opposite edges of the pancake and twist the roll.

Step 7

When the rolls are ready, you can start making the sauce. To do this, pour the roasted peanuts into the bowl of the food processor and grind them to a pasty mass. Then send some ketchup, peeled garlic, miso paste, both types of butter, Shriracha sauce and lemon juice to it and beat again until smooth. You can add a little water to make the harvester easier and faster to complete the task.

Step 8

Put the sauce in a bowl (if you wish, you can sprinkle it with chopped peanuts a little more) and serve with the rolls!
