Recipe number 1. Canape "Rosette"
You will need:
- butter 80 g
- cream cheese 150 g
- loaf of white bread
- fillet of salmon or trout 150 g
- parsley
- lemon
- olives or pitted olives
Preparation:
We take a loaf of white bread and cut off its crust. Then we cut the bread into pieces and make the basis for canapes of various shapes - circles, rhombuses, triangles. You can use metal cookie cutters.
Add butter to a preheated pan and fry the base for canapes - white bread. When the bread turns golden, let it cool on a plate. Next, lay out the thinly sliced tender cream cheese. Roll the fish fillet in the form of a roll to make a rose. Top with a parsley leaf or lemon. We carefully prick everything with a skewer.
Recipe number 2. Canapes "Multi-colored yummy"
You will need:
- cottage cheese 250 g
- gelatin
- ketchup
- lemon zest
- green onions
- cheese 150 g
- ham 150 grams
- cracker
To prepare the "Multi-colored yummy" canapé, take cottage cheese and stir it well with salt and spices. Divide the curd into three parts. Put the ketchup in the first part, then add the gelatin melted in hot water. We mix everything.
We make small flowers with a pastry syringe and put them in the refrigerator.
Add lemon zest and gelatin to the other part of the curd, mix everything. We take a pastry shrimp and make flowers. We put it in the refrigerator.
Well, and add green onions and gelatin to the last part of the curd.
Cut the cheese and ham into thin slices and put on a cracker, then the cottage cheese flowers. You can garnish the canapes with red bell pepper and olive.
