Water - 100 ml
Milk - 100 ml
Shortbread cookies need to be crushed, turned into powder, and then butter is added to it. Put the mixture into a prepared form. Combine cheese, powder, cream and whip.
Mix gelatin with water, and when it swells, gently pour milk (hot, but not boil) in a thin stream. Mix everything well so that the gelatin dissolves, and then pour into the creamy mixture.
Put the resulting soufflé on the cake and put the dessert in the refrigerator to solidify completely. You can decorate the finished cheesecake with anything: berries, fruits, jam, jam, coconut, chocolate icing, nuts.
Apple Strawberry Marshmallow
You can make marshmallows without baking using agar, which is beneficial for the gastrointestinal tract. Also, this recipe is unusually simple and quick, and the taste of the delicacy will make guests and relatives demand more.
Agar-agar - 10 g
Water - 160 ml
Applesauce - 150 g
Strawberry - 100 g
Sugar - 200 g
Egg white - 1 piece
Mix agar-agar with water and set aside for a couple of hours. Heat puree from apples and strawberries, add sugar, stirring with a spoon, bring until it dissolves. Remove from heat, pour in protein and beat until fluffy.
Boil water and agar, and leave on fire until you get a thick syrup. If, after scooping, threads appear, then the mixture is ready.
Beat the puree again, gradually pouring the syrup into it. The mass should have a dense structure, but care must be taken that it does not cool down ahead of time. Fill in a pastry bag and form a marshmallow.
Tiramisu

Cream 33% fat - 250 g
Cream cheese - 250 g
Vanilla sugar - 2 tsp
Savoyardi - 200 g
Grain coffee - 1 glass
Mix cream, cheese and sugar, beat until fluffy. Dip cookies in freshly brewed coffee. Moreover, it should lie in the drink until soft. Put some of the prepared savoyards on a dish, cover them with cream on top. Lay out the second layer of Savoyardi, and place the rest of the cream on top.

Water - 50 ml

Water - 100 ml
Gelatin - 10 g
Milk - 100 ml
Sugar - 4 tablespoons
Cocoa - 3 tablespoons
Sour cream - 400 g
Banana - 2 pieces
Grind the cookies and butter until smooth, put in a container (preferably on parchment for baking), send to the refrigerator.
Mix gelatin with water, heat in a water bath after 20 minutes, and keep until completely dissolved. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
Put cocoa, milk and sugar on medium heat for 3 minutes, until a homogeneous structure is achieved. Pour in gelatin and sour cream, mix.
Cut the bananas into several small pieces. Put the prepared fruit on the cake and pour the resulting cream on top. Put the treat in the refrigerator.
