Rinse dried apricots thoroughly and fill with hot water (80 degrees). Leave to swell for half an hour.

Making lean buns:

  • Liter of purified water;
  • Glass of Semolina;
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • A glass of brown sugar.

How to cook Lean Napoleon:

Add salt, vegetable oil to mineral water and sift flour. Knead the dough and wrap it in cellophane. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour and then divide into 10 equal parts.

In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake the cakes for 3 minutes on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
