Leeks can be used not only as an additional ingredient, but also prepared as a separate dish. For example, in combination with orange sauce, it will become an original appetizer or garnish for meat.

- - a few stalks of leeks
- - dry white wine
- - 4 small oranges

- - foie gras steaks
- - olive oil

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the leeks into small slices and fry in olive oil until golden brown. While frying, add 60 ml of white wine to the contents of the pan.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the oranges, and grate the zest of one of them on a fine grater. Combine ingredients with leeks. Season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fry the foie gras steaks in olive oil until golden brown. Beforehand, rub each steak with salt and black pepper.
Step 4
When serving, the foie gras and leeks can be tossed or spread on opposite sides of the plate. You can decorate the dish with parsley.
