This rich dish is very simple to prepare, and the taste is very interesting thanks to the sour cream sauce and leeks.
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken
- - 4 stalks of leeks
- - 250 ml white wine
- - 30 g butter
- - 100 g sour cream with a fat content of 32%
- - a bunch of fresh parsley
- - a bunch of fresh thyme leaves
- - 2 tsp olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
First, salt and pepper the chicken.
Step 2
Then melt the butter and olive oil. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry them in a pan until golden brown, 3-5 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Cut the leek into small pieces. Fry it in the same pan, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes, until the leek becomes soft.
Step 4
Pour wine into the pan to the onion, throw in the thyme. Then put the chicken, put the leeks on top.
Step 5
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Then turn the pieces over, cover again and simmer for another 20 minutes, until the chicken is ready.
Step 6
Then put the chicken and onions on a plate.
Step 7
We increase the heat on the stove and bring the remaining liquid to a boil until it becomes 2 times less - this will take about 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add sour cream with parsley to the sauce. We mix everything, pour the chicken with the resulting sauce and serve.
