It is necessary
- 3, 5 - 4 kg. boneless meat (pork or beef)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1.5 tablespoons of salt
- Bay leaf
- black peppercorns
- pressure cooker
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the meat in cold water, dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
We cut the meat into equal pieces, about 4x4x4 cm.

Put the meat in the pressure cooker.
Step 4
Salt and pepper, mix everything well.
Step 5
Close the lid of the pressure cooker, put it on a small fire and cook for 6 hours.
Step 6
At the bottom of each jar, put a bay leaf and 2-3 black peppercorns.
Step 7
We spread the stew hot, right after the steam has been released and the lid has been opened.
Step 8
First, lay out the meat tightly, and then fill it with the sauce formed as a result of stewing.
Step 9
We roll up the lid and put the cans upside down in a warm place.
Step 10
Wraps hot cans tightly with rags. This will give us additional pasteurization.

Store the cooled stew in a dry and cool place.
