The turkey salad is hearty but light. Pineapples and asparagus give the salad an interesting flavor.

600 grams of turkey meat, 100 grams of ham, 100 grams of green salad, 75 grams of asparagus, 70 milliliters of lemon juice, 170 grams of canned pineapple, 100 grams of mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste

Step 1
Boil the turkey meat, remove from the bones and cut into small pieces.
Step 2
Open a can of pineapple, drain the syrup and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the ham into slices, the asparagus into slices.
Step 4
Mix turkey meat with pineapple, ham, asparagus, pour over with lemon juice.
Step 5
