This salad will be useful to serve for dinner. It can also be recommended to everyone who follows their figure. Turkey meat is considered dietary, in this case it adds satiety to the salad, all other ingredients of the salad are mainly vegetables.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 300 g turkey fillet;
- - 150 g fresh spinach;
- - 12 cherry tomatoes;
- - 1 cucumber, 1 apple;
- - 20 g sesame seeds;
- - 20 ml of olive oil;
- - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice;
- - salt, pepper, curry.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the turkey fillet (can be replaced with chicken fillet), put in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, salt to taste. Cook over medium heat until tender; it will take about half an hour. Chill the boiled fillet, tear into fibrous pieces by hand.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan, pour in oil, put fillets in it, fry until golden brown over medium heat, salt, add pepper and curry to taste, stir. Remove the pan from the stove.
Step 3
Rinse fresh cucumber, cut into half rings. Rinse the spinach, tear the leaves into small pieces, or cut into strips with a sharp knife. Rinse a fresh apple, peel and seed, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with fresh lemon juice to keep them from darkening. Cut the cherry tomatoes into 4 pieces.
Step 4
Heat a dry skillet over low heat, put sesame seeds on it, fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Now combine all prepared ingredients in a deep bowl. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, add salt if required. Season the American spinach and turkey salad with olive oil and stir. Serve immediately.
