The turkey roll with spinach turns out to be very tender and juicy. Hot chili pepper gives the dish a spicy taste.
It is necessary
- - 1 head of onion
- - 1 chili pepper pod
- - 2 cloves of garlic
- - 200 g spinach
- - butter
- - some turkey schnitzels
- - 4 potatoes
- - smoked ham
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - chives or green onions
- - 250 g low-fat cottage cheese
- - ghee
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onions, chili and garlic. In melted butter, fry the mixture until golden brown on the onion. Add chopped spinach to the contents of the pan. Stir the mixture thoroughly, add salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water without peeling the peel. On each turkey schnitzel, place a thin slice of smoked ham and a small amount of the spinach mixture, spreading it over the entire surface of the workpiece.
Step 3
Roll the schnitzels into rolls and secure with toothpicks or threads. The dish should be simmered under the lid in ghee for 20-25 minutes.
Step 4
Mix chopped chives and cottage cheese in one bowl. Cut the boiled potatoes in half and make a small indentation with a spoon. Put some curd mass in each potato. When serving, rolls and potatoes can be served separately or combined on one plate.
