Step 1

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Rinse the turkey fillet, dry. Next, beat off the fillet with a special hammer. Lightly salt and pepper the beaten meat. Rinse the parsley. Pat dry with a paper towel. Chop the herbs finely. Then sprinkle over the turkey fillets. Top with slices of ham and sprinkle with cheese. Then roll up tight rolls and fasten with skewers.
