- parsley and thyme;
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 300 g turkey fillet;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 1 red onion.
- Panini with Parmesan and Tomatoes:
- 2 small rolls;
- 100 g parmesan;
- 2 small onions;
- 4 slices of baked turkey;
- 1 tomato;
- parsley and dill.
Instructions
Step 1
The restaurants most often serve closed panini, fried on the grill. You can also make these sandwiches at home. Take a ciabatta and cut it into even, even slices. Divide each in half lengthwise. Place the soft cheese in a bowl. Finely chop the herbs - basil, parsley, thyme. For greater plasticity, pour a little olive oil into the mixture and rub thoroughly to form a homogeneous paste.
Step 2
Salt the turkey fillet and fry in a pan or bake in the oven. Chill the meat and slice it into thin plastics. Cut a clove of garlic and rub it into slices of bread. Spread them with cheese paste. Chop the red onion into rings. Place the onion rings on the bottom slice, place the poultry meat plastics on top. Cover with a second piece of bread.
Step 3
Preheat the grill, place the sandwiches in it and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. If you don't have a grill, you can get by with a frying pan. Heat it, brush with butter, lay the panini, and press on top with something heavy, such as a metal saucepan. Roast the sandwich for 2 minutes, then turn it over and brown on the other side. Cut the finished panini in half and serve hot.
Step 4
Delicious panini can be baked in the oven. Cut small buns in half, carefully select the crumb. Place the resulting "boxes" in a skillet with heated olive oil and brown. Chop the onion finely. Scald the tomato, peel it off and cut into slices. Grate the parmesan and chop the herbs. Cut the turkey into cubes.
Step 5
Put poultry and onion in a bowl, mix. Fill the bread boxes with the resulting mixture, place the tomato circles on top. Fill the top of the buns with cheese, add a little freshly ground black pepper. Place the panini in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove sandwiches from oven, place on a platter, sprinkle with chopped herbs and serve.
