Turkey rolls with cottage cheese and herbs will complement any festive table. The appetizer turns out to be very satisfying, you can also serve it as a light lunch, because turkey meat is considered dietary.
It is necessary
- - 3 turkey breasts;
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 egg;
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of chopped greens;
- - salt, a mixture of peppers.
Instructions
Step 1
Cover the turkey breasts with cling film and beat thoroughly.
Step 2
Finely chop fresh herbs. You can take 2 sprigs of dill, parsley, basil, cilantro and a sprig of mint. Mix herbs with egg and cottage cheese. The filling for the rolls is ready.
Step 3
Place 1/3 of the filling on one breast and gently roll into a roll. In this way, make 3 more rolls.
Step 4
Fold the prepared rolls into a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste, pour 100 ml of hot water on top. Place in the oven.
Step 5
Cook turkey rolls with cottage cheese and herbs for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees (the oven must be preheated). The cooking time can differ both upward and downward - it all depends on the characteristics of your oven and the size of the rolls you have obtained.
Step 6
Ready-made rolls are best served hot. If you prepared them for a festive table, then first cool the rolls slightly, cut into portions and serve as an appetizer on a serving platter.
