- - 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric;
- - bread crumbs, black pepper, salt.

Step 1
Prepare the filling first. Cut greens, mix with cottage cheese. Add milk, turmeric, minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Make a deep cut in each chicken fillet to create a pocket. Stuff the fillets with the curd filling.

Coat each fillet with oil, roll in breadcrumbs.
