You can make a light but satisfying salad with turkey. To prepare it, you will need fresh vegetables, sweet apples and the turkey breast itself.
Ingredients:
- Turkey fillet - 350 g;
- Potatoes - 5 tubers;
- Red apple - 2 pcs;
- Fresh tomatoes - 3 pcs;
- Green salad;
- Chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
- Sour cream 20% - 5 tablespoons;
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice;
- Celery - 1 root;
- Olive oil.
Preparation:
- Wash the turkey loin well in running water, then transfer to a preheated pan with the addition of olive oil. Fry until golden brown.
- After frying, transfer the meat to a plate, rinse with freshly squeezed lemon juice and set aside for a few minutes so that it is soaked. Then cut into medium-sized slices.
- Wash the potato tubers well, without peeling them off, put in a saucepan, add water and boil until cooked. Cool boiled potatoes, peel and chop into thin slices.
- Wash the chicken eggs well, then boil them hard, cool, peel and rub with your hands.
- Wash the celery root well, peel it off and pass through a fine grater.
- Wash the red apples, remove the skin and core from them, pass through a coarse grater. To prevent them from turning black during cooking, you need to pour over the puree with lemon juice.
- Put the grated apples and celery in one bowl, mix.
- Wash each tomato thoroughly, then pour boiling water over it. Carefully remove the skin, crumble into small cubes.
- Put all the prepared ingredients in one salad bowl, then season with sour cream and mashed apples with celery.
- Wash and dry the green salad well. Before serving on the dish, line the lettuce leaves, distribute the finished dish on top.
