Vegetable snacks are very healthy and beautiful thanks to the ingredients they contain. Some recipes help to prepare wonderful low-calorie dishes that are distinguished by piquant tastes and original performance.
It is necessary
- - 4 large onions of regular shape;
- - 2 red onions;
- - 2 lightly salted herring, medium size;
- - 3 pods of bell pepper;
- - 4 potatoes, medium size;
- - half a bunch of parsley or dill;
- - 150 grams of low-fat sour cream;
- - 2 tablespoons of creamy margarine;
- - 1 teaspoon curry spice;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the normal colored bulbs. Carefully cut off the top and core from them, while maintaining the outer walls.
Step 2
The potatoes are thoroughly washed, peeled and cut into cubes. Spread the onions and potatoes on a baking sheet greased with margarine and put in an oven preheated to 200oC for twenty to thirty minutes.
Step 3
The pulp obtained from the onions is crushed. Wash parsley or dill and chop finely. Cut the red onion into half rings. Capsicums are washed, peeled from seeds and finely chopped.
Step 4
The herring is peeled, filleted and cut into small pieces.
Step 5
In a separate container, gently mix the herring fillets, onions, half rings of red onions, paprika, half of the chopped greens, add sour cream and spices.
Step 6
Fill the onions with the resulting minced meat. Put them on a plate, add baked potatoes and decorate with a sprig of herbs.
