Ingredients:

  • 800 g wheat flour;
  • 100 g of cow oil;
  • 0.5 kg of Ossetian cheese;
  • 250 ml of cow's milk;
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 70 ml of sunflower oil (odorless is better);
  • 0.5 kg of potato tubers;
  • 5 g dry granular yeast;
  • 1 glass of clean water.

Preparation:

  1. First of all, you need to prepare the pie dough. To do this, pour wheat flour, salt and fast-acting yeast (dry) into a deep container. All ingredients are mixed together. Then warm water is mixed with sunflower oil and cow's milk, this mixture is poured into a bowl of flour. Knead a fairly dense dough, and you do not need to knead it for a long time.
  2. The finished dough is covered with a clean towel and placed in a warm place. There it should stand for an hour and come up during this time. When the allotted time is up, knead the dough and cover it again with a towel. In this form, it should stand for another 30-35 minutes.
  3. While the dough is coming up, you need to prepare the filling. First, peel and rinse the potato tubers well. Put them in a saucepan, cover with water and cook. While the potatoes are cooking, use a grater to grind the cheese.
  4. The finished potatoes need to be kneaded, after all the water has been drained. Warm, and preferably hot, milk is added to the puree. After the puree has cooled down a little, add cheese to it and mix everything well.
  5. Then you can move on to shaping the pies, as you will end up with not one, but three. So, the dough needs to be divided into 3 roughly equal koloboks. Then each bun is rolled out with a rolling pin into a cake, the thickness of which should be 0.5 centimeters. To prevent the dough from sticking to the table and rolling pin, roll it in a little flour.
  6. The filling also needs to be divided into 3 parts. Place it in the middle of the cake, and then gently join the edges together to form a ball. Then, with gentle patting movements from the ball, make a thick cake.
  7. The resulting cake is placed on a baking sheet coated with sunflower oil and sent to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. There it should bake for about 15 minutes. Cook the other 2 cakes in the same way.
