    • 200 g of Emmental cheese;
    • 1 tbsp sour cream;
    • a sprig of dill.

Instructions

Step 1

Make pie dough. First, make a dough so that the yeast disperses better. Mix dry yeast with sugar. Add 1 tbsp there. flour and the same amount of milk. Mix everything and put in a warm place. In such a nutrient medium, the yeast should begin to grow in size. When the mixture begins to foam, put it in a large container, pour in the rest of the milk, leaving about a quarter of a glass for the filling and add flour and 3 tsp. salt. Melt the butter on a hotplate and add to the ingredients. Pour in kefir. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

If the dough is too thin, add more flour. It should form a sufficiently dense, elastic ball. After that, put the dough in a warm place for 2 hours, cover with a towel from drying out. Stir it periodically.

Step 3

Take care of the stuffing. Peel and dip the potatoes in boiling water. Simmer until soft, then drain and mash the milk dough. Chop the dill and place over the potatoes, season with salt and stir.

Step 4

Roll out the dough. Place the filling on top of it so that there is free space at the edges. Then, gently roll the cake back into a ball. Then gently roll it out. The cake should be thin enough, and the filling should not be visible from it.

Step 5

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the cakes on a greased baking sheet. Put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The finished cake should be golden brown. If baking multiple cakes, serve in a stack. They are delicious both hot and cold.

If you like more spicy food, you can add pre-fried onions or garlic to the filling, as well as black pepper or paprika.
