Any mother tries to choose an environmentally friendly and healthy product for her child. But what to do when prices in stores have increased so much and buying kefir every day for a baby is simply expensive. There is a way out - to make kefir yourself, so you will definitely be sure that the product is fresh and all the useful properties and vitamins are preserved in it.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 200 ml of fat and fresh milk, already boiled and cooled in advance, into a baby bottle. Add a tablespoon of 2.5% kefir to the milk. Leave on for 12 hours at room temperature. Put the kefir in the refrigerator to finish the cooking process. After 6-8 hours, kefir is ready.
Step 2
Add 1 ampoule of bifidobacterin to 1 liter of milk. Leave for 12 hours at room temperature, then be sure to place the kefir in the refrigerator. With this preparation, kefir will retain all the useful trace elements and vitamins for several days.

Leaven. Heat the milk to 40 degrees. Add one bottle of NARINE (this drug is sold in pharmacies, both in capsules and in liquid form) and mix thoroughly. Pour into a thermos.
