Moussaka is a traditional Middle Eastern dish. It is believed that moussaka is a dish prepared with eggplant. However, many countries prepare it in their own way. In the East they use tomatoes, in Greece - lamb and tomatoes, in Bulgaria - minced meat with potatoes. Today we will dwell in more detail on the moussaka with fish.
It is necessary
- - ½ kg fish fillet
- - 120 g of hard cheese
- - 1 kg of potatoes
- - 2 tomatoes
- - mayonnaise
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First, cut the fish into medium pieces, season with salt, pepper and leave for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, cut the potatoes into slices. Then place in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Lay the fish fillet on top of the potatoes in a second layer.
Step 4
In the third layer, lay out the tomatoes, cut into circles.
Step 5
The fourth layer will again be salted potatoes.
Step 6
Coat each layer with mayonnaise.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it on the top layer of the dish.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the moussaka there for 30-40 minutes.

Then take it out, cool slightly, remove from the mold and serve.
