It is necessary

  • - 700-750 g minced meat;
  • - 9-10 small potatoes;
  • - 3 onions;
  • - 3 carrots;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 250-300 g of cheese;
  • - milk;
  • - olive oil;
  • - butter;
  • - salt;
  • - parsley, pepper (to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Then fry the onions for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the carrots to the onion in the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes. Then add the minced meat to the pan and simmer the mixture until the mince turns brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with oil and lay out the first layer of potatoes. The second layer is minced meat. Then again minced potatoes. In the penultimate layer, put the tomatoes evenly over the entire area of the mold, like the previous ones, and the last one - potatoes.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and bake the moussaka for about half an hour.

Step 5

While the moussaka is in the oven, you need to prepare the sauce: beat the eggs with milk and salt and then pour evenly over the entire surface of the dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 6

Put in the oven again until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley on top before serving.
