Step 1
Peel the garlic and leeks, chop finely and fry in butter for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2
Add rice to the onion and garlic, stir and pour over the hot meat broth. Simmer with a loosely closed lid over low heat for 25-30 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the fish fillets, dry with a paper towel and cut into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice and place in a saucepan with rice 5-8 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper and mix gently. When serving, garnish with herbs, chives, lemon slices and fresh vegetables.
