How to easily make an avocado and salmon salad

You will need:

  • 1 avocado
  • 200 gr. lightly salted salmon;
  • 1 sweet bell pepper;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 6 pieces of cherry tomato;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • cilantro;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of mustard;
  • olive oil;
  • pepper, salt.

  1. Greens, vegetables and avocados should be washed and dried.
  2. The avocado is carefully cut into two parts, the pit is removed, the avocado is peeled and the flesh is cut into cubes.
  3. Bell peppers are peeled and cut into strips.
  4. The cherry tomatoes should be cut into four pieces.
  5. Salmon is cut into thin strips.
