This quick and amazingly easy salad has its origins in France. Lightly salted salmon goes well with ripe avocado, dill and cream cheese. Ideal for dressing delicate yogurt, shrimps can decorate and complement this wonderful French salad.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - yogurt - 2 tablespoons;
- - fresh parsley;
- - shrimps - 10 pcs;
- - dill sprigs - 2 pcs;
- - cream cheese - 50 g;
- - slightly salted salmon - 50 g;
- - ripe avocado - 1 pc.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the fruit under running water. Use a sharp knife to cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Take out the pulp with a spoon, and discard the bone. Use the hand blender to puree the avocado pulp.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into small pieces. Take a medium-sized deep bowl and place the fish pieces into it. Mix fish with cheese and add dill and avocado to them.
Step 3
Season with yogurt. Boil and peel the shrimp. Lay out the filling in a boat, garnish with parsley leaves and shrimp cooked earlier.
Step 4
