- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel a ripe orange, take it into wedges, then cut them into thin slices across. Peel the avocado too, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into thin slices. You can take a regular onion, but red is better, cut it thinly and thinly.
Step 2
Combine green lettuce, orange slices, avocado and onion in a bowl. If you are not going to immediately serve the salad to the table, then in this form, simply put the preparation in the refrigerator, and prepare the dressing later, it is prepared very quickly. For this salad, the romaine salad is more suitable, which is usually added to the caesar. The leaves do not soak from the dressing, remaining crispy.
Step 3
Mix all of the listed dressing ingredients separately and beat a little with a fork. Refueling can also be done in advance, poured into a jar and put into the refrigerator. It is better to take olive oil, but you can replace wine vinegar with 5% table vinegar or apple cider vinegar if you wish.
Step 4
Before serving, pour over the prepared French salad with orange and avocado dressing (the amount is at your discretion). If the dressing remains, it doesn't matter, it goes well with many other vegetable salads. Gently mix the ingredients of the salad with the dressing, serve immediately. You can sprinkle with chopped roasted almonds, but if you don't like nuts, you can do without them.
