Instructions
Step 1
Chop the almonds. Fill it with juice. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes. Remove the zest from one orange.
Step 2
Add grated zest, sugar and flour to the mixture of almonds and juice and knead the dough. Its consistency should be similar to that of a pancake dough.
Step 3
Cover the baking sheet with special baking paper. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Spoon small tortillas onto a baking sheet with a tablespoon. Bake them for 10 minutes in an oven heated to 180 degrees. While the cakes are hot, roll them up.
Step 4
Prepare an almond tube cream. To do this, dilute flour and starch a little with milk and stir so that there are no lumps. Boil the remaining milk, put sugar and flour with starch in it. In this case, stir the mass constantly. Then add the egg and immediately remove the mixture from heat.
Step 5
Let the cream cool. Then beat everything with a mixer, gradually adding butter to the mass. When the tubes are cool, fill them with cream using a pastry syringe.
