For two tubes we need:

- two square pieces of thin lavash;

- one tomato;

- about 80 grams of cheese such as Russian, Oltermani, etc.;

- spices - you can use ready-made sets of "Italian" spices or make a seasoning yourself using dried basil, rosemary, thyme, savory, tarragon, various types of pepper;

- salt to taste.

1. Cut the tomato into cubes, mix with spices and salt.

2. Cut the cheese into cubes or grate.

3. On the sheets of pita bread on one side of the square, spread the tomato mass and cheese, carefully twist the tubes. You can do it differently: put the filling in the middle of the sheet and wrap it in an envelope.

4. Place the rolls (envelopes) seam side down on a baking dish or a sheet of cooking paper, put in the microwave at full power for one minute. Serve to the table.
