- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - 1/2 cup flour;
- - butter 100 g;
- - vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons;

- - soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - water 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - sugar 1/4 cup;
- - apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup;
- - 1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning;
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt;
- For garnish and garnish:
- - rice 1 glass;
- - butter 50 g;
- - sesame;
- - Bell pepper;
- - dill.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the wings and pat dry with a paper towel. Beat the egg with a whisk. Then dip each wing in a beaten egg and roll in flour.
Step 2
Heat the butter and oil mixture in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the wings on both sides until golden brown. Then place them on a baking sheet.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and salt. Leave a little sauce, and pour the rest over the wings. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Pour the remaining sauce over the wings from time to time.

Boil the rice until cooked and season with butter. Put the rice in a slide on a large dish, spread the wings around, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top. Garnish with bell peppers and dill.
