- black peppercorns;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken wings under cold running water. Examine them carefully: sometimes there are feathers on the wings that were not removed during the factory processing. If necessary, remove the feathers.
Step 2
Put a pot of water on the fire. Select the size of the pot based on the number of chicken wings taken for cooking. Bring water to a boil, salt.
Step 3
Place the wings in boiling salted water. Bring them to a boil. Reduce heat. Use a tablespoon to scrape off the foam around the edges of the pot.
Step 4
Add black peppercorns and bay leaves to the pan to the chicken wings. Peel the onions and carrots, cut into large pieces (into 4 parts), lower them into a saucepan. Simmer the wings until tender, about 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the chicken wings from the broth onto a plate and refrigerate slightly.
Step 6
Prepare two flat plates. Pour flour on one and breadcrumbs on the other. Beat the egg in a deep bowl.
Step 7
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 8
Dip the chicken wings in flour, then dip in a beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Gently place the wings in a skillet in hot vegetable oil. Do not burn yourself! Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 9
Place chicken wings on a plate, garnish with fresh vegetables and herbs, serve hot.
