- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Freshly ground black pepper

- Peanut oil for frying

Step 1
Rinse the chicken wings under cool running water and pat dry with a paper towel.

Whisk the eggs lightly in a small bowl.

Combine beaten eggs with milk, then add flour, cornstarch, baking powder, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and sugar.
Step 4
Submerge the chicken wings in the batter so that they are completely covered in it.
Leave it on for 15 minutes.

Heat the peanut butter in a large skillet and sauté the wings over medium heat until cooked, then turn the heat up and cook until crispy and golden brown.
