Not very healthy, but very tasty wings, like in Rostiks and at McDonald's, can be cooked at home without having the title of a chef. The most important thing is to choose fresh products and follow some simple rules.
Chicken wings recipe
Pay maximum attention to the selection of products, especially meat. It is optimal to use chilled poultry, so the dish will turn out to be more juicy and aromatic. For cooking, you need affordable products that can be purchased at any supermarket.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken wings;
- 200 g corn flakes;
- 2 fresh eggs;
- 5 tbsp wheat flour;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp table vinegar;
- Red pepper;
- a pinch of paprika;
- salt to taste;
- odorless sunflower oil.
Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly in cold water, place on a napkin to let the moisture in the glass. Cut off the extreme phalanx - it is not fried, since there is practically no meat on it. Divide the remaining two around the joint.
Place the chicken in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and other spices, add vinegar and garlic, mix thoroughly and let sit for two hours. At this time, grind the flakes a little. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, preferably with a mixer, but not until frothy.
Dip the pickled chicken wings in wheat flour, then in eggs, then in bread crumbs. Immediately immerse the wings in hot oil for three minutes - the oil should completely hide the meat.
