Turkish pilav is pilaf. Pilav is often used as a side dish in Turkey, it can even be said that it is the main one. It turns out to be very satisfying, light and tasty.

- - boiled water
- - 6 tbsp. l. vermicelli
- - salt to taste

Instructions
Step 1
First put the butter in a skillet and melt it, then fry the noodles until golden brown.
Step 2
Add rice, well washed in cold water. Stir and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Put the kettle on a boil, when it boils, pour water over the rice so that it covers it, just do not pour it over. Cook until the water boils, season with salt to taste.
Step 4
Stir the cooked rice and see that there is no moisture left. If the rice is hard, add some water, but do not overflow.
Step 5
Spread the rice evenly over the entire skillet and cover with foil, lid on top. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
