Instructions

Step 1

Store tea in a tightly closed container using a jar or plastic container. The main thing is that moisture and foreign odors do not get in. When preparing, take a metal kettle in which to boil soft water, which has been left for at least a day before use. It is advisable to use special water softeners. Use teas that are highly extractable.

Step 2

Take a porcelain teapot, pour in some tea leaves and pour boiling water over it. Pour dry tea leaves into boiling water, stir with a teaspoon for at least 8-10 minutes. Then put the metal kettle on the fire for a couple of minutes. Place porcelain on top and reduce heat on the stove to low. Brew a drink in this way for about 15 minutes. Then, pour the tea into glasses, filling them 1/3 or 3/4, adding boiling water on top.

Step 3

You can buy special double teapots, use a samovar. It is recommended to rinse the tea directly in the teapot. To do this, pour 1/3 of the dry tea leaves into it and moisten it, fill it with water flush with the tea leaves. Or rinse with cold water to remove any dust. Then pour out the water from the upper kettle and pour in fresh water. If you like a stronger tea, use a small amount of liquid. Tea brewed in this way can be drunk 2-3 times. If you do not like a very strong drink, you can infuse it for less than 10 minutes.

Step 4

Do not boil tea water again, it will not be suitable for making a drink. Do not use an electric heater, the liquid should only be brought to a boil in a kettle on fire.

Step 5

Warm up an empty porcelain kettle before cooking, this is done by rinsing with hot water or dipping completely in boiling water. Dry it off with a clean towel. When placing dry tea, remove any food with a strong odor nearby.
