  • - 100 g of ham;
  • - 2 bunches of green onions;
  • - 400 g sour cream;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - parsley;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

In order to prepare the dough, it is necessary to dissolve the yeast in warm water. Add flour, egg, melted margarine, salt and mix everything. If the dough is very thick, add a little more water. Roll the dough into a ball and place in a warm place. Let the dough rise.

Step 2

For the filling, you need to cut the chicken breast into cubes, the ham into thin strips. Combine and fry.

We wash the onions and parsley, soak with a towel and finely chop.

Step 4

Combine eggs, sour cream, chopped herbs, pepper, salt and mix well. Add ham, chicken and mix everything well again.

Step 5

Divide the dough into two different parts: smaller and larger. Roll out the large one to the size of the baking dish. We put the dough into the mold, so that the sides of the mold are closed. Put the filling on the dough.

Step 6

Roll out the strips from the remaining dough and put them on the filling.

We bake for 40-45 minutes in the oven at 180 ° C.
