A pie stuffed with chicken breasts and eggplant is very similar to many's favorite pizza, but it turns out to be much tastier, nourishing and more aromatic. This cake can be prepared quite quickly, despite the large number of ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g chicken breast;
  • 300 g wheat flour;
  • 5 g baking powder;
  • 2 ripe sweet peppers (bulgarian);
  • 250 g of hard cheese;
  • 1 bunch of rosemary and parsley;
  • 1 egg for dough and 2 for pouring;
  • 150 g of sunflower oil;
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 medium eggplants;
  • 1 onion;
  • 120 g of natural yoghurt.

Preparation:

  1. The chicken meat should be thoroughly rinsed and placed in a small saucepan. Not a very large amount of water is poured into it. Then the meat should be sent to a hot stove and cooked until cooked. The finished breasts must be taken out of the water, allowed to cool and cut into small pieces with a sharp knife.
  2. Next, you should prepare the dough. To do this, break an egg into a deep cup and pour in sunflower oil and sour cream. Mix everything well. Then add salt, baking powder and flour, which must first be sieved. Knead the dough thoroughly, and when it's done, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, first placing it in a plastic bag.
  3. Rinse the eggplant in running water and cut into small cubes with a sharp knife. Remove the peel from the onion, rinse and chop into small cubes. In bell peppers, the stalk with the testis should be removed. After that, it is washed and cut into rings or half rings.
  4. These chopped vegetables should be poured into a pre-heated frying pan, into which you need to pour a small amount of vegetable oil. After they are half cooked, remove the frying pan from the stove, and put the vegetables in a cup and allow them to cool.
  5. Chicken meat, washed and finely chopped parsley and rosemary are poured into a bowl of fried vegetables. Add the required amount of salt and mix everything well.
  6. Prepare a baking dish (it is better to use a silicone one) and place the dough in it, rolled into a flat cake half a centimeter thick. Be sure to make the sides quite high and prick the bottom of the cake with a fork in several places. Then lay out the vegetables and meat.
  7. Make a filling by stirring eggs with grated cheese and yogurt. Spread the resulting mass over the filling. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
