10 chicken egg whites, 2 yolks, 1 large chicken breast, low-fat cottage cheese (not granular) - 200 grams, romaine lettuce (you can take an "iceberg"), cilantro (if you don't like cilantro, you can replace it with parsley or dill), 50 ml of kefir 1% fat, salt, pepper - to taste

Step 1
Mix whites with yolks, beat lightly with a fork or whisk, but not until thick foam. Fry three thin egg pancakes. It is best to use a quality non-stick skillet for this to fry without oil.
Step 2
Boil chicken breast, chill. Cut into small cubes. Lightly salt (if you are on a low-salt diet, you can not salt, but add a variety of spices and herbs).
The chicken can be pre-marinated in lemon juice with a mixture of spices, then the meat will be more tender.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese with kefir. Chop the cilantro leaves finely and add to the mixture.
Step 4
Put in a large form in layers: a protein pancake, a thin layer of cottage cheese with kefir, a layer of chopped breast (thicker), whole lettuce leaves, again a layer of cottage cheese, chicken and lettuce, a pancake. Repeat the layers, cover with a protein pancake on top.
Step 5
Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. You can store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, the next day the “cake” will be even tastier.
