Cheesecake can rightfully be called the most common dessert in the world. Due to mascarpone cheese, an essential ingredient in the dessert, it turns out to be incredibly tender. There are a lot of recipes that cheesecakes are not made with - with fresh fruits, berries, chocolate, caramel and peanut butter.

  • For eight servings:
  • - 900 g mascarpone cheese;
  • - 300 g of peanut butter;
  • - 200 g of cookies;
  • - 200 g sour cream 20% fat;
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - a glass of brown sugar;
  • - half a glass of peanuts;
  • - caramel syrup.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the cookies in a blender, grind to a crumb state, mix with softened butter, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of peanut butter.

Step 2

Place the base in a lined dish with baking paper and refrigerate.

Step 3

Stir the mascarpone at room temperature with an electric mixer on medium speed with eggs, sour cream, sugar, a glass of peanut butter, pour over the cookies on top.

Step 4

Put the dish in the oven, cook for 1 hour at 170 degrees. Place a baking sheet of water at the bottom of the oven.

Step 5

Mix the rest of the peanut butter with the caramel syrup, spread evenly on the finished cake, sprinkle with peanuts on top, refrigerate overnight. You can cook caramel yourself: pour half a glass of water into a bowl with a thick bottom, add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, cook until caramel.

In the morning, you can serve a chilled peanut butter cheesecake to the table.
