Peanut butter is very popular in Asia and America. It is widely used in cooking and successfully replaces animal proteins and fats in the diet. Peanut butter is often called peanut butter, which resembles butter in consistency and is made from roasted peanuts with added sugar or honey.

It is necessary

    • For sugar peanut butter:
    • 250 g raw peanuts;
    • 2 tbsp. l of vegetable oil;
    • ¼ tsp salt;
    • 2 tsp sugar or honey.
    • For peanut butter syrup:
    • 200 g raw peanuts;
    • 100 g butter;
    • syrup (3 tablespoons of water
    • 4 tbsp. l sugar).

Instructions

Step 1

Peanut butter with sugar Place the peanuts on a plate, place them in the microwave (the plate must be heat-resistant) and fry at maximum power for 5-7 minutes. Every 2-3 minutes, remove the plate and stir the nuts (you can also fry in a pan, over high heat, stirring constantly).

Step 2

Peel the peanuts from thin peels, put them in a blender and grind them into small crumbs, salt, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (preferably refined, it does not have a pronounced odor). Stir the peanut mixture and butter again in a blender until you have a smooth, lump-free paste that is fairly smooth in consistency.

Step 3

Pour sugar into a blender, you can add more or less if desired, stir the paste again until smooth. You can use honey instead of sugar. Place the peanut butter in a clean glass jar, close the lid, and store in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Peanut Butter Syrup Sift the peanuts first through a coarse sieve and then through a fine sieve to remove husks and other fine debris. Heat a dry skillet over a fire, put the nuts on it in one layer and, stirring occasionally, fry over high heat until the thin skin of the nuts begins to separate.

Step 5

Remove the pan from heat, remove the thin skin, put the peeled kernels in a blender. Grind the peanuts into small crumbs, but be careful not to overdo the peanuts to make flour. It is worth stirring the mass in a blender a couple of times, because large pieces often remain at the top and do not fall under the knife.

Step 6

Scroll the peanuts until they are uniformly sized crumbs. You can also use a food processor, coffee grinder, or hand crush the peanuts with a pestle.

Step 7

Boil 3 tablespoons of water, add sugar to it, stir and heat over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the warm syrup into a blender, mix it thoroughly into the peanut paste, add the butter and whisk until smooth, smooth.
