Potato roll with nut butter is a great snack for any festive table. This dish is easy to prepare, and it also tastes great.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 3-4 pcs;
- - onion - 1 piece;
- - carrots - 1 pc;
- - hot pepper - 1 pc;
- - nuts - 100 g;
- - dill;
- - parsley;
- - green onions - 2-3 feathers;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
With potatoes, do this: boil it in a uniform, then cool and remove the peel. Next, chop the boiled potatoes either on a grater or using a meat grinder - it should turn into mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grate onions and carrots. Chop hot peppers finely, after removing the core. You should also chop the nuts and some of the greens. Any nuts can be used to prepare this dish. Combine all of the above ingredients in one bowl and mix well. The nut butter is ready.
Step 3
Put the potato mass on cling film, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Place the filling on top of it. Gently connect the edges of the film to each other. Thus, we got a roll. Dip the resulting dish in the rest of the chopped greens. Potato roll with peanut butter is ready! Serve hot.
