  • - 1 large egg;
  • - 1 tbsp. heavy cream;
  • - 1 tbsp. flour;
  • - 0.5 tsp vanilla essence;
  • - 30 g of dark chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease a ceramic or glass dish with melted butter.

For the base in a water bath, melt the butter and the chocolate previously chopped into pieces. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool for 10 minutes. While the mixture is cooling, lightly beat the egg with vanilla extract and sugar. Pour dry ingredients into the eggs, mix thoroughly and pour in the chocolate mixture in a thin stream, stirring. Pour the dough into a mold.
