Cheesecake is a quick and healthy dish that is ideal for breakfast. But to make it even more useful, you can go for some tricks that will affect the taste of the dish only for the better.
It is necessary
- For cheesecakes:
- - 250 grams of cottage cheese (it is better to take 5 or 7% fat)
- - 2 tablespoons flour for dough and 1 tablespoon for rolling
- - 1 tablespoon sugar
- - 1 egg
- - 0.5 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- - a small pinch of salt
- - 1 teaspoon pitted white raisins
- - 3 pieces of prunes
- - vegetable oil for frying
- For the sauce:
- - 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- - 1 tablespoon of any liquid jam or 1 honey
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse raisins and prunes thoroughly and cover with warm (not hot) water. Cover the container with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Beat the egg well with sugar by hand. To make the eggs beat well, pre-chill them and add salt. The egg mixture should turn whitish in color. Add vanilla sugar to it and stir until it is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve or mash it well with a fork. Combine the egg mixture with curd, stir and add flour. It is better to knead the dough with your hands. If it turns out to be thin, add a little more flour.
Step 4
Drain the raisins and prunes. Dry them on a paper towel or napkin, chop finely and add to the dough.
Step 5
Mix the dough well and let it rest for half an hour. During this time, excess moisture will have time to be absorbed, and the dough will become even tastier.
Step 6
Heat sunflower oil in a skillet. With wet hands, pinch off small lumps from the dough, form washers from them, roll in flour and put in a pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown over medium heat.
Step 7
For the sauce, mix sour cream with jam or honey until smooth. Pour the sauce over the hot syrniki and serve.
