Step 1
A set of basic tools:
- large oval knife;
- oval small knife;
- V-shaped knife;
- sharp-angled knife;
- Thai knife;
- noisette knife (notch knife);
- musat knife;
- staple knife;
- straw knife;
- curlers;
Step 2
A Thai knife is a special knife with which you can beautifully cut fruit, as well as create many patterns.
Step 3
A noisette knife is a "ball" knife. With this fruit knife, you can cut out hemispheres and balls. Sometimes this knife is useful when stuffing vegetables: it cuts well for stuffing that cannot be done with a simple knife.
Step 4
With this knife, you can cut into strips from any hard fruit or vegetable.
Step 5
The curler tool allows you to cut garlands from cylindrical vegetables. They are very often used to decorate festive dishes.
Step 6
Noisette knife "oval" and "cloud" is used for making three-dimensional figures.
